Teamwork
Working as part of the game design team, owning sub-systems regarding non-audio guidance, game activities, and economy-related prototyping.
Engine & Scripting
Working in studio’s proprietary engine “iD Tech”, focusing on getting into the built-in logic and mindset of the tool. Created a variety of scripts for testing, AI, economy, and visual cues. Engine and scripting work approach described as “strong technical aptitude” and “a lot of willpower to push through the early friction of learning”.
Testing & Data-driven design
Driving design through data and player behaviour, informing decisions based on actual actions for stable and valuable designs. Creating prototypes to test proof-of-concept.
University internship
Fall semester internship at Machinegames.
Working on game design team.
Learning and appropriating proprietary engine, development tools, and applying tools to facilitate communication with team.
